General Warranty:
All products are warranted
to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of manufacture. This Warranty
is expressly conditioned on compiiance with all inspection and preventative maintenance requirements as set by applicable
government agencies and as specified by Delta Technology Inc. This Warranty is extended by Delta technology Inc. only
to the first Purchaser of the product.
In the event that the product returned by Purchaser
is not defective, has not malfunctioned and does conform to the Warranty, Delta technology shall in no event be liable for
any consequential damages, not for loss, damages or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the use of this product.
This Warranty does not apply to he malfunction or damage resulting form accident, alteration, misuse, abuse of the
product, improper preventative maintenance, storage at extreme temperatures/environments beyond design limits, or where appropriate,
improper use of the prioduct by untrained personnel. This Warranty does not apply to any plastic or rubber components
since they can be affected adversely by undue exposures to heat, sun, water, oxone or other deteriorative elements.
This Warranty becomes void immediately should any repairs of, or alterations to this warranted procuct be made
withot authorization by Delta Technology Inc.

Warranty on New Oxygen Concentrators:
If
an issue arises with new oxygen concentrator under Warranty, Customer will be required to call Delta Technology for a Return
Authorization Number and will return the unit to the Manufacturer at their expense for repair.
The
unit will be returned to Customer at Manufacturer's expense. If the unit is found to be in working order not needing
repair, the Customer will be charged a fee for service of analyzing the unit.
Delta Technology
will not offer return or refund for any new oxygen concentrator.
